
LEMON RICOTTA BURRATA PEAS PASTA
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Rigatoni
 - 1 Cup Asparagus Chopped
 - 1 Cup Peas
 - 1 Cup Mushrooms
 - 1 Onion Chopped
 - Ricotta
 - Burrata
 - Lemon
 - Salt & Pepper
 - Basil
 - Parmesan
 - Olive Oil
 
Instructions
- Use big pan to boil asparagus until done then remove
 - Add peas and boil quickly done then remove
 - Use smaller pan to cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic
 - Add pasta to big pan and boil until done
 - Add all ingredients to big pan (ricotta, parmesan, lemon, veggies, salt, pepper, olive oil)
 - Top with basil and burrata
