LEMON RICOTTA BURRATA PEAS PASTA

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Rigatoni
  • 1 Cup Asparagus Chopped
  • 1 Cup Peas
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • Ricotta
  • Burrata
  • Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Basil
  • Parmesan
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Use big pan to boil asparagus until done then remove
  • Add peas and boil quickly done then remove
  • Use smaller pan to cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic
  • Add pasta to big pan and boil until done
  • Add all ingredients to big pan (ricotta, parmesan, lemon, veggies, salt, pepper, olive oil)
  • Top with basil and burrata
