GREEK CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 1.5 Pounds Chicken Breast or Thigh
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Lemon Juiced & Zested
- 1 Cup Olives Halved
- 1 Cup Feta
- Couscous
- Olive Oil
- Capers
- Oregano, dill, parsley
- Garlic
Instructions
- Start couscous
- Pan fry chicken with oil, lemon, oregano, dill then set aside
- Sauté tomatoes, onion, garlic, olives, capers, lemon
- Add chicken and feta
- Serve over couscous
