Marinate thesliced pork in some teriyaki sauce, pepper, ginger, and some avocado oil
Chop all thevegetables
Boil thewater with some salt. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and boil untildone (about 10 minutes)
Sauté the marinated pork in heated avocado oil until browned…….add onion and carrots. Let simmer ,then add the ginger, some teriyaki, some hoisin sauce, and a bit of mirin. Let simmer…..then add the peppers, sugar peas, and squash. Let simmer again, then add the mushrooms (not the green onion)
Add the chopped green onion when done and turn off heat
Drain the spaghetti and add to the stir-fry mix. Stir and serve
Add someKetjap and /or sambal oelek for taste
