Lemon Chicken Piccata & Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1.4 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 2 lemons

Instructions
 

  • boil water and cook pasta when ready
  • heat oil and butter in skillet
  • dice chicken breasts but not all the way through
  • dredge breasts in flour
  • add salt and pepper then fry breasts in butter and oil on both sides until cooked through
  • put breasts in oven at 350 while you make the sauce
  • add broth, cream, lemon juices, capers to skillet and bring to boil then let reduce and thicken
  • serve chicken and pasta and pour sauce over top
