boil water and cook pasta when ready
heat oil and butter in skillet
dice chicken breasts but not all the way through
dredge breasts in flour
add salt and pepper then fry breasts in butter and oil on both sides until cooked through
put breasts in oven at 350 while you make the sauce
add broth, cream, lemon juices, capers to skillet and bring to boil then let reduce and thicken
serve chicken and pasta and pour sauce over top
